Amelia Romanowsky is a Harvard-educated therapist, Clinical Psychologist, writer, teacher, coach, mother, and wife.
She is a compassionate therapist who has won awards for scholarly work. She co-authored a book on emotion Treating Affect Phobia (Guilford, 2003). Currently, she is coauthoring on a book on feelings with her mentor Leigh McCullough.
Dr. Romanowsky believes that each person has enormous power to make changes in their life. Her work helps people tap into their resources and feel more connected. She has over a decade of experience in the field, working with diverse populations, including interracial, intercultural, and LGBT couples and individuals. She has a strong interest in the mind-body connection.
